- The portal reflects the same garden and grounds services you book with us — visits, photos and billing appear once you’re an onboarded customer.
- Do you cover Cardiff?
- Coverage is unchanged whether you use the portal or not; Radyr and Cardiff remain our core area.
- How often should garden maintenance be done?
- Your schedule shows agreed visit frequency. Need a change? Message us through your usual contact channel.
- Who can log in?
- Invited customers only. If you don’t have access yet, complete an enquiry and we’ll onboard you after the first agreement.
