Garden Care RADYR ("we", "us") provides gardening and grounds maintenance as described in your quote, subscription agreement or visit schedule.

You agree to provide safe access to your property and to disclose hazards (e.g. pets, cables, steep banks). We may postpone work if conditions are unsafe.

3. Payment

Payment terms are set out in your invoice or agreement. Late payment may incur fees or suspension of visits as permitted by law.

4. Liability

We carry appropriate insurance for our operations. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
